Copper asbestos pad

Before using the copper sheet asbestos pad, first, remove the dirt or sand dust on the joint surface, and pay attention that the side of the copper sheet flanging should face the side of the cylinder head to prevent reverse air leakage. The copper sheet asbestos pad shall not be hard folded during storage and installation, but shall be kept intact and elastic enough. If it is found that it is damaged or has no elasticity for too long, it shall be replaced in time.

Paper pad

There are two uses of paper pads. First, increase the tightness to prevent oil leakage; Second, it is used to adjust the clearance between components. The parts using the paper pad cannot be increased or decreased at will. For example, the paper pad between each side cover of the diesel oil pump is used to adjust the oil supply time. The thickness of the washer is 0.1mm. For each increase or decrease of 0.1mm, the oil supply angle of the flywheel will change by 1.7 degrees. The axial clearance between the crankshaft bush and the crankshaft is also realized by adjusting the paper pad between the side cover at the flywheel end and the engine body. If the paper pad is damaged, it shall be replaced in time to prevent oil leakage.

Flat washer

The pressure of the nut is evenly distributed on the pressure parts through the Chrome Plated Washers, and the bolt thread and the surface of the connector are protected at the same time. Generally, thin metal shells are fixed with Stainless Flat Washers.

Aluminum flat washer

The Chrome Plated Washers has a certain toughness, which can be used at the connection of general diesel and oil pipelines. Before installation, check whether there are dents or cracks on the plane of the aluminum flat washer, otherwise, there will be oil leakage, and the air will be sucked into the pipe, which will not only cause the waste of oil and affect the power of the engine but also lead to the occurrence of faults such as bush burning and shaft holding due to insufficient oil supply.

Cork cushion

Cork cushion has certain toughness and is generally used between water tank, engine oil pan, and engine body. The cork cushion has a soft texture and good sealing performance, which can reduce the vibration, collision, and wear of components. The weakness is fragile. When making a cork cushion, pay attention to drilling first and then blanking, so it is not easy to be damaged. Scrape off the sundries on the joint surface during installation, and apply butter on both sides of the cork pad to increase its sealing performance. When tightening the bolts, tighten the fixing bolts evenly in diagonal sequence.

Spring pad

A spring pad is used for the connection of bolts to prevent bolts and nuts from loosening due to vibration. In particular, spring pads should be used for bolts in parts that are not easy to see or operate.

Asbestos pad

The asbestos gasket has the characteristics of high-temperature resistance, so its components are high-temperature parts, such as between the exhaust pipe and cylinder head. These parts cannot be replaced by other gaskets.

Rubber pad

The rubber pad is made of two kinds of raw materials. One is the gasket made of nonoil resistant raw materials at the part sealing the air, such as the gasket used on the air filter housing; Another sealing oil component is a gasket made of oil resistant raw materials, such as rubber pads at both ends of diesel engine oil filter. It should be noted that the oil-resistant rubber pad can replace the nonoil-resistant rubber pad, while the nonoil-resistant rubber pad cannot replace the oil-resistant rubber pad. In the long-term use of the rubber pad, if it is found that it hardens and loses elasticity, it should be replaced in time to avoid the wear of components.

Felt mat

The felt pad has certain wear resistance and shock absorption. It is generally used at the bottom of a thin metal box or clamp, such as the bottom of a diesel oil tank.
