What is toggle bolt wall anchor?

A wall anchor is a simple hardware device used to secure light to medium weight items to walls constructed of drywall and other lightweight materials. Wall anchors enable people to hang framed pictures and similar items at any point along the wall surface, even if no wall stud anchors are used with screws at that location, preventing screws from falling off drywall and other hollow wall materials. Human drills have more than one type of wall anchor while providing adequate support for shelves and other forms of wall decoration.

The basic plastic anchor is in the shape of a narrow cone with an opening at the wide end. There is a small lip around the hole at the wide end, a device that helps hold the anchor in place. Installing this type of wall anchor involves drilling a hole in the wall and gently tapping the anchor body into the hole. Once the wide end of the unit is flush with the wall, insert the screw into the hole and turn clockwise until the screw head is close to the wall. This type of anchor is great for hanging lighter items on the wall.

Another different type of anchor is called a hollow wall anchor. The device is shaped somewhat like a basic plastic model, but may be made of lightweight metal and plastic. Also sometimes called Molly Bolts.

The effect of the hollow wall anchor is that when the screw is moved into place, the body of the device slowly expands outwards, which creates a situation where the expanded body grabs the inside of the wall, allowing for the suspension of medium-weight shelves or other wall decorations.

What is a 4-pronged insert T nuts?

The T-nut is directly put into the groove of the aluminum profile, and it is turned 90 degrees to locate and lock the connection for use with the 20, 30, 40, 45, 60, 80 series of aluminum profiles. European standard series: T-nut for European standard 20 profile: M4-20 M5-20 European standard 30 profile T-nut: M5-30 M6-30 European standard 40 profile T-nut: M4-40 M5-40 M6 -40 T-nut for European standard 45 profile: M5-45 M6-45 M8-45.

The use of the T-nut block is divided into three steps: First, install the T-nut and the inner hexagon bolt on the corner piece without tightening it. Second, snap the T-nut in the groove along the groove of the aluminum profile, and install the shrapnel flat washer. Third, tighten it with a screwdriver.

How to use the "Z" Allen key?

The Allen wrench has been handed down to this day and has become an indispensable tool in industrial manufacturing because of its uniqueness and many advantages: it is simple and lightweight. There are six contact surfaces between the hexagon socket head cap screw and the wrench, which are fully stressed and not easily damaged, so that it can not only be used to screw screws in deep holes, but also very small screws. What's more, both ends of the wrench can be used.

Composed of wrench body, fixed jaw, movable jaw and worm, the adjustable wrench is a universal wrench, and its opening size can be adjusted within a certain range, so screws and nuts within the opening size range can generally be used.

However, it is also not possible to use a large-sized wrench to tighten a small-sized screw, which will break the screw due to excessive torque; the opening should be adjusted according to the size of the opposite side of the hexagonal head of the screw or the hexagonal nut, and the gap should not be too large, otherwise it will damage the screw head or nut, and it is easy to slip off, causing injury accidents; the fixed jaws should be subject to the main force, and the handle of the wrench should be pulled in the direction of the operator. The wrench should be used as a hammering tool.
