Installation method of the stud bolt

To ensure the tightness of the fastening end of the stud bolt and the thread of the equipment body, and not to cause any looseness of the Double Ended Stud Bolt in the process of assembling and disassembling the nut, the fastening end of the stud bolt shall adopt over the wave, with a certain amount of interference to the rear pitch diameter, and the form of shoulder structure can be selected.

2. The axis line of the Double Ended Stud Bolt must be perpendicular to the surface of the machine body. Attention must be paid to this point when drilling the bottom hole and tapping. It is best to check it with an angle ruler during installation. When there is a small inclination between the axis line and the surface of the machine body, the screw hole can be corrected with a tap. When the inclination is large, it cannot be corrected with brute force to prevent the bolt from being damaged.

3. The Double Ended Stud Bolt has the function of connecting the fixed link of machinery. Both ends of the stud bolt are threaded, and the screw in the middle is thick or thin.
