Electro-galvanized bolt

That is, immerse the bolts in a zinc pool, and then the surface will be covered with a protective film with a thickness of about 70 microns. Therefore, the anti-corrosion performance of hot-dip galvanized bolts is better than that of electro-galvanized bolts. Hot-dip galvanized bolts are not as widely used as electro galvanized bolts. They are mainly used in wind power facilities, photovoltaic base stations, and national home appliance network architecture.
The characteristics of hot-dip galvanized bolts are also very different from those of electro-galvanized bolts. Since the thickness of hot-dip galvanized bolts reaches 70 microns, it has a great impact on the threads. Generally, the specifications above M8 are suitable for hot-dip galvanized treatment, while electro-galvanized bolts do not have this range. No matter how large the bolts are, surface treatment can be carried out. After the bolt is hot-dip galvanized, there is only one gray color, and no other color system can be produced.
Therefore, after hot-dip galvanizing, the appearance of the bolt changes greatly. The bolt looks beautiful without electro galvanizing, and the smoothness of the bolt surface is also very poor.
